The pool bartenders Marco & Sergio were amazing and so attentive. Most days our pool concierge was Roberto - he made our day every day! Roberto always made sure to help us set up our chairs by the pool and was always a happy, smiling presence. Our concierge was Fernando, he was so helpful with planning dinner reservations and assisting us to feel more comfortable in our room. The hotel was very clean and exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this resort! My friends and I did a girls trip to secrets Akumal this past week and we had an amazing experience.
